Kirk Evans has been a practicing attorney in Houston, Texas since 1993. Following admission to the Bar, he joined Morris & Campbell, P.C. in Houston, where he was admitted to partnership in 1998. After 11 years practicing as a partner in the firm Cotham, Harwell & Evans, P.C., Mr. Evans founded Evans, L.L.P. Mr. Evans concentrates his work in commercial litigation, including energy, creditors’ rights and partnership and shareholder disputes. 



Mr. Evans is licensed to practice by the State Bar of Texas, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He was a Research Editor for the Houston Law Review. Mr. Evans was honored as a "Rising Star" in the legal profession by Texas Monthly/Law and Politics.
